I buy and sell homes, mobile homes and conventional properties, fix or repair, and resell. I have been doing this for almost 40 years. I went through realty school approximately 20 years ago, got my licences, but found that I really did not need the school and all the fees and continuing education to do what I wanted to do. I buy from individuals and some I go through real estate companies. I specialized more in mobile homes.
